Margaret River is an all year round holiday destination enjoyed regularly by Perth residents as well as International guests and even more of our east coast friends now with Direct Melbourne to Busselton flights. From summer family holidays to romantic winter couples getaways, any time of year is good to visit the cellar doors of the region on a wine tasting holiday.
We provide small group private chauffeur style Margaret River wine tours and let you plan the itinerary.
On DIY Margaret River Wine Tours with us, you can get some recommendations from family and friends or just book your lunch at a winery or brewery and we can work out the rest for you. You can find some of our favourite winery restaurants in Margaret River in our blog.
We are happy to give some suggestions on the day of the more intimate boutique wineries that our guests have visited and enjoyed for wine tastings, although our guests usually prefer to prepare their own list of reccomendations from family and friends of a few wineries, breweries and distilleries to visit before and after lunch.
On average we make it to 4 wineries, plus one venue for lunch and dependent on time, also stop at a few places including chocolate factory, cheese or for tastings at Olio Bello olive oils and condiments.
Here is an example of how a wine tour day goes...
